Terms and Conditions – 30-Day Double Your Conversion Guarantee

Definitions 

• “Ami Sales product”: The software solution provided by Ami that includes features like the integrated widget and Product Lookup, designed to improve website conversion rates.
• “Conversion improvement”: A measurable increase in the conversion rate (e.g., sales, leads, sign-ups) tracked through the Ami Sales product.

Eligibility and Scope 

1. Single Domain Use: This guarantee applies to a single website domain only.
2. Authorised Purchases: By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have the authority to make the purchase and implement the Ami Sales product on the specified website.

Deployment Requirements 

1. Measurable Results: Conversion improvements should be evident within 30 days of deploying the Ami Sales product to live users.
2. Enabling Product Lookup: The Product Lookup feature must be activated and used alongside the integrated widget on relevant product pages.
3. Correct Installation: To ensure effectiveness, the Ami Sales product must be installed as follows:

• The integrated widget should be placed above the page fold for easy access.
• Product Lookup must appear on the same pages as the integrated widget.
• The product catalogue should be fully populated with relevant items that align with the pages where the integrated widget is deployed.

Tracking & Reporting:

1. Third-Party Tracking: Conversion data must be monitored using an independent third-party platform, such as Google Analytics.
2. Ami Sales Tag: The Ami Sales tracking tag must be implemented on your website’s confirmation page as well as the product pages, so sales can be tracked and measured. Instructions are available in the Ami Sales dashboard or by contacting support@meetami.ai.
3. Sharing Results: If conversion improvements are not significant after 30 days, you are required to share your tracking results with the Ami team via support@meetami.ai before the end of the first 30 days, ideally earlier to allow the Ami team to make recommendations and optimise the Ami Sales product for your implementation.

Optimisation and Refund Process:

1. Initial Deployment: Upon deploying the Ami Sales product, it must be accessible to at least 500 unique visitors per product page, per 30 days, for a statistically valid evaluation. If this condition is not met, the guarantee cannot be upheld, as the Ami Sales product has not had enough exposure to end users to optimise itself sufficiently and deliver the expected results.
2. Optimisation Period: If satisfactory conversion improvements are not realised within the first 30 days of the initial deployment, the Ami team will work with you over an additional 30-day optimisation period to refine the product implementation.
3. Refund Eligibility: If, after the initial deployment period and optimisation period, conversion improvements remain unsatisfactory and there are at least 500 unique visitors on each product page being assessed per 30 days, a full refund of the subscription charges will be issued within 30 days of the end of the optimisation period.
4. Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if the Ami Sales product is used with third-party tools, websites, or platforms that are not explicitly supported by the Ami Sales team.
5. Force Majeure: The Ami Sales product guarantee does not apply in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues beyond our control, or outages of third-party services.

Free Trial Conditions:

• Transition to Paid Plan: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. To qualify for the 30-Day Double Your Conversion Guarantee, you must upgrade to a paid plan after the trial period ends.

Liability Limitations:

• Liability: The Ami team makes no guarantee of specific conversion rates, as improvements are subject to individual website conditions, traffic, and external factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms:

• Amendments: The Ami team reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or on our website.

Termination of Guarantee:

• Voiding the Guarantee: The Ami Sales product guarantee may be voided if the customer fails to follow the installation and usage guidelines provided by the Ami team, or if the product is used on unsupported platforms.

General Terms:

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ami is incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
